This is up to every customer. Though, it is preferred that we conduct most
of the work through remote sessions, there will be times where onsite work
is required. In these cases (depending on home/business) the procedure will
vary based on what we are helping with.
For home environments,
if you prefer to be present, we ask that you stay 6ft from any Goondock Labs
employees that are in your location. For contactless assistance we can work
with each customer to determine what works best for each of you!
NO! In fact, the need for assistance has been greater than it ever has. If anything, we have increased our hours to accommodate all of our customers and their technology needs
In accordance with all CDC guidelines, any Goondock Labs staff entering your home or business will be equipped with both mask and gloves. In addition to this, weekly covid testing is being performed for all employees or subcontractors and testing results are available should you require proof of a negative test.
Per CDC guidelines, we will either have to postpone our appointment with you or switch to a remote resolution instead. If a remote solution does not work for you, then once your quarentine period is over we can arrange a date and time that works best for you to complete anything you need done.
